Hi, I’m Taylor.
Dog walker, pet sitter, cat mom, and your crew’s backup human. I bring 8+ years of professional pet-care experience to the job — and I’m the one showing up for your pets.
I know every crew has its quirks.
My experience started before Westside Paws Co. did. This business is how I bring that care directly to your crew.
I’ve walked puppies still figuring out the leash, taken the slower route with seniors, and given anxious dogs time to get comfortable. I care for cats, too — including the ones who would prefer I submit my credentials from across the room.
That experience has taught me to pay attention. Their pace, their routine, the little things that help them settle in. Getting to know your pet is part of the job, and it’s one of my favorite parts.
I own and run Westside Paws Co. myself. When you book with me, you get me. I handle the visits, learn the routine, and keep you in the loop.

Meet Sage, Felix, and Sawyer — my cats, my company, and the very opinionated crew behind the scenes. I may run Westside Paws Co., but I have three feline officers keeping an eye on the operation.
They’re my family. So when you hand me the keys and tell me about your pet’s little quirks, I get it. You’re trusting me with somebody you love.
Sage
Project SupervisorMy classic orange cat. Nosy, curious, and absolutely no remorse. Sage is my supervisor, and no project gets done without his involvement. The black kitty prints on my white mantel? His contribution. He’s also my door greeter — he loves people and fully expects to be the center of attention. If you came to see me, Sage would like to correct that misunderstanding.
Felix
Birdwatch CommanderMy laid-back boy spends most of his day in the catio keeping tabs on the birds. Felix takes surveillance seriously, but he’s always happy to make time for affection. Every so often, a surprise case of the zoomies interrupts his otherwise very relaxed shift. Then it’s back to bird duty.
Sawyer
Chief of Selective HospitalityMy spoiled girl runs a very selective operation. She wants your attention, but pets happen on her terms. New people don’t get immediate clearance — she’ll hide until she feels safe enough to come out and investigate. Treats are a very strong negotiating tool. I’m her mom, but she’s pretty sure she’s in charge.

A little birthday love for the Patrol
I love celebrating the pets I care for — canine and feline officers included! To qualify for a birthday gift, your pet must have completed at least one paid pet-care service with me before their birthday. A New Recruit Orientation or a booking for a future service does not qualify your pet for that birthday.
Where it started
Stella set the standard.
Stella was my big, goofy, deeply loved girl. She taught me to do more than fill a bowl and clip on a leash: pay attention, learn the quirks, notice when something’s off, and earn their trust. When I started Westside Paws Co., I wanted every pet in my care to get that same attention. She’s still part of why I do this.

Patience is part of my day job.
Alongside pet care, I have 16+ years of experience coaching children in gymnastics and youth sports. That work has taught me plenty about patience, consistency, and paying attention to the individual in front of me. Those habits come with me on Patrol duty, too.
I’m insured and bonded, and I undergo annual background screening through my USA Gymnastics and Amazing Athletes certifications. My most recent USA Gymnastics screening was processed in August 2026.
