
At Westside Paws Co., I use Time To Pet to keep everything organized and make communication easy. Through the app, you'll be able to schedule services, send messages, view invoices, and receive visit updates complete with photos and GPS-tracked report cards.

Before your first service, please create a Time To Pet account through the Client Portal.
Once your account is set up, please take a few minutes to:
• Verify your contact information
• Add your preferred payment method
• Complete your pet’s profile and care information
• Review and sign any required forms

Need to request a visit, add a walk, or make a change to an existing booking? You can do it all through Time To Pet.
Simply click Scheduling to view upcoming and past services. From there, you can request new visits, modify existing services, or submit cancellation requests.
All scheduling requests are subject to availability, but I'll always do my best to accommodate your needs.

Use the Conversation feature to send questions, updates, or special instructions directly through the app.
Whether you're sharing a gate code, requesting a change, or checking in, messaging in Time To Pet keeps everything organized in one place.

Invoices and payments are handled securely through Time To Pet.
Select Invoices from the home screen to view current and past invoices, update payment information, or make a payment.

After each visit, you'll receive a report card that includes:
• Photos of your pet
• GPS tracking for walks
• Potty updates
• Feeding and medication notes (if applicable)
• A personalized visit summary
